In addition, we may supplement our current Privacy Policy with additional notices of our information practices specific to certain programs or activities.

Collection of Information
The only circumstance under which we collect information is when your affirmatively provide us information about yourself by email, telephonic or text communication. We do not use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about you. We use the information you provide us in one or more of the ways described in the “Use of Information” section below.

We collect, process and store the information you provide us on servers located in the United States.

We are very sensitive to the issue of children’s privacy. Our Site is neither developed for, nor directed at, children under 13 years old. We expressly reserve all rights described in this paragraph.

Your California Privacy Rights
California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third-parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not sell, license, rent or otherwise share your information with third-parties for purposes of direct marketing. Accordingly, this law does not apply to ESP.

ESP may change this Privacy Policy from time to time in its sole discretion. Each time changes are made, we revise the Effective Date above.
